The main goal of Huyck.Wangner's customer services is to optimize and assure the correct use of its products through technical measurements. Such measurements include the assessment and follow-up of the forming, pressing and drying procedures associated with Pulp and Paper manufacturing.

When needed, our customer service department sends samples of Clothes and Felts processed in the Machines to its laboratory to be analyzed in order to evaluate the Machine's performance and wear status.

Many of the equipment and software used for measurement and other services rendered by our team were developed by the Xerium Group itself.
