In co-operation with leading OEM´s, a product line has been created which guarantees optimum results with respect to dry content and clear filtrate for primary, mixed and biological sludge. Extremely smooth surface, excellent dimension stability and proven seams stand for an outstanding performance at a reasonable price. Smooth surface structure for sticky / biological sludge. Process Industry

Suspensions like carbon and soil sludge or potassium hydroxide require specific characteristics of wires and felts. High pore fineness in order to guarantee best retention of the particles, very often extreme abrasion resistance as well as chemical and/or temperature resistance are just a few of the somewhat contradictory parameters, which must be met. Huyck.Wangner offers a series of standard wires which correspond to the life guarantees of the leading OEM´s, and produces needle felts which are cut to custom. Robust base fabrics, a varying degree of fineness for the fibre layers and first-class seams enable the customer to use the capacity of their process machines in the most efficient way.
